Objective:  To design and implement an industry leading business management process.

 

Approach:  We work closely with management and a carefully selected design team through a 3-to-4 month design process to complete the enhanced work management process. Communication planning, employee training, coaching and implementation support follow to ensure a successful implementation through measureable process results. The implementation support may include an additional 6 to 9 months based on the scope of the implementation effort.

 

Deliverables:  The engagement/ project costs typically payback by the end of the Design and Implementation (Phase II). We anticipate a 1st year ROI of 3:1 on average. Significant recurring benefits are also realized on an annual basis.
